For advanced performance, ACE Surfaces deliver fingerprint resistance, scratch resistance, continuous color from surface to core, and a baby-soft smooth touch. If these premium features are not required but seamless solid-core edges are essential, our LA finish with 15 matching solid core options is the ideal choice. Unlike standard HPL, PoliLam Solid Core Compact ranges in thickness from 0.39 inches to 1 inch, making it suitable for more robust applications such as countertops. It combines functionality, durability, and aesthetic appeal to elevate the quality of any project.

ACE Surfaces™

Phenolic Core Compact is a thickened double-sided high-pressure decorative board made from special resins and various specialty papers, formed in one process under high temperature and pressure. It can be used directly as a structural material without the need for adhesion to a substrate. Due to its dense structure, varied color textures, and surface treatments, it is suitable for load-bearing countertops and is also widely used for interior walls, bathroom partitions, locker room partitions, space dividers, storage cabinets, and various countertops.

Lab Grade Compact is a specialized material that enhances the chemical resistance based on compact laminate. It features excellent resistance to strong acids and alkalis on its surface, as well as impact resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, heat resistance, and wear resistance. It is commonly used in laboratories, schools, research institutions, and other testing environments that require contact with chemical reagents.
